Things I Need To Stop Doing

There are too many to actually list but here are some things I need to stop doing:

-Checking my bookmarks all day long.
Some of you with your own blogs may have noticed that I visit several times a day. Please believe me that I am not a crazy stalker but an obsessive compulsive checker of my bookmarked pages. This can get especially bad if I am really bored at work(that's basically every day). I know you aren't updating 10 times a day but I still have to check in. I will try to stop.

-Cleaning up my house every night.
Not to say that I am vacuuming and dusting every night but I do tend to put the house back together once the kids are asleep. Who am I doing this for? I am gone all day and I didn't make the mess. I know I feel better when it I can see the floor but I bet I would feel better if I spent that time reading a book instead.

-Drinking Dr. Pepper for breakfast.
It goes without saying that I know its bad for me. I have the ingredients for a healthy breakfast in my refrigerator. I just need to give myself 5 extra minutes to put something together.

I know there are several more I could add to this But one of the other things I need to stop doing is not sleeping enough so I am going to take a nap. I miss naps.

Don't worry about the obsessive bookmark-checking. I have the same problem. I can't help myself. I don't really know why I do it either. As for the cleaning after everyone goes to bed - - I do that too, although I am home during the day so I do it because I can't stand waking up to a mess. The Dr. Pepper - - yeah, you should probably have something else for breakfast. But Dr. Pepper is good. Mmmm. Now I want a Dr. Pepper...

I gave up drinking coffee, but now I realize I've started drinking a Dr. Pepper every now and then. But not for breakfast. More like a mid-morning snack.
