Now, I am no way complaining about being busy with my Etsy shop. I am complaining about having to go to that other job that affords me a house and health insurance. It is getting in the way of stuff I need to do. My Etsy shop has been consistently but not overwhelming busy in the last few weeks. Most of the orders are for custom items so they all need to be made which happens in steps. I find myself starting them before bed and then doing the next step right before I leave for work the next morning. Then I find myself using my lunch break to take orders to the post office where I am always stuck behind someone shipping something to China. If I do get home for lunch, then I find myself glazing something or cutting something. If I didn't have to be at the other place 40 hours a week, I could do all this stuff in one day. Pipe dreams.
