The other night I was sitting at the dining room table and trying to finish up an Esty order. I had the overhead light on but I was still having trouble seeing. This was most likely due to my old damaged eyes but it suddenly struck me that I should have a lamp on the table.
I had no idea what I wanted other than something smallish. Any excuse for a trip to Target!
This one jumped right out at me. Usually I just pick out a plain white lampshade so this was a leap for me. It's hard to make out but,up close, the black skyline is made up of the names of NYC streets spelled out. I figure if I can't live there, I can at least have this in my house.
My favorite little thing about it is the chain on/off switch. The kids love it too. They keep turning it on and off. Over and over.
